Zoo Enterprises Limited (ZEL) will always accept return of and offer a refund (including original postage and packing costs) for defective goods returned within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, as long as the item is returned in its original packaging together with a copy of your confirmation of dispatch e-mail. On return please provide a brief description of the fault.
Non Defective Goods Returns and Order Cancellation
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your order and or return an item purchased through the ZSL shop within 7 (seven) days of delivery for any reason. Within a reasonable period of receipt of such returned items ZEL will refund to your payment card both the item costs and the original postage and packing cost. Unfortunately ZEL is not able to refund the cost to you of having items returned to ZEL. Please note that this does not include the right to return perishable items such as food and sweets, periodicals, personalised items, entrance tickets, audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed and items such as earrings and cosmetics.
