Adoptions survey competition terms and conditions

• Survey Period: The survey will be open for two weeks, from 11.03.25 to 25.03.25.
• Eligibility: To enter the competition, participants must complete the survey in full.
• Personal Information: The entrant must provide their full name and email address at the end of the survey. This personal data will only be used to contact the winner and will be deleted from our system once the winner is selected.
• Prize: The winner will receive two free gift tickets to London or Whipsnade Zoo. The two tickets can be for two adults or one adult and one child.
• Ticket Redemption: The gift tickets must be redeemed within 12 months and are valid for a single visit.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing date (i.e., by 7th April 2025). If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, an alternative winner will be selected.
