Know before you buy
- Discounted rate for students, seniors and disabled visitors. Relevant supporting documents must be brought on the day of your visit.
- A Student is any Adult holding a valid photographic identity card** showing they are a current student.
- A Senior is a person aged 60 years or more, with accompanying supporting documents
- Free entry for one essential carer per disabled visitor with a valid concession gift voucher. Purchase one concession gift ticket online and a free carer ticket is included with each ticket. Just come to the gate with your gift ticket and the carer will be admitted for free on the same ticket.
- Please bring with you any supporting documents.
- Gift voucher admission is subject to standard terms of entry to ZSL London Zoo and ZSL Whipsnade Zoo
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This is a physical gift voucher and cannot be sent via email
- Gift vouchers cannot be extended and are non-refundable
- The gift voucher is for entry only and must be presented on arrival at the chosen Zoo
- Gift voucher is valid for one-time entry to one Zoo, either ZSL London Zoo or ZSL Whipsnade Zoo
- Each voucher can only be used once, and each ticket admits one person
