Once you've received your "ready for pickup" email, please go to London Zoo's East Service Gate and inform the security staff that you're there to collect an order. You will be escorted to the gift shop to collect your parcel.

If you are a ZSL Member or have an admissions ticket, you can go directly to the gift shop during your visit.

Orders can be collected from Monday to Sunday, between 10 am and 3 pm. Please have your "ready for pickup" email and photo ID ready.
