How long is the voucher valid for?
Our gift vouchers can be activated anytime within 3 months of purchase.
How will I receive the voucher?
Gift Zoo Membership vouchers are digital-only. You will be asked to
login or create an account with an email address when purchasing – the
voucher will be sent to this address once payment has been taken. You
can either email or provide a printed copy to the recipient. Once the
Gift Membership is activated, the recipient will receive a welcome
pack.
How long does Gift Zoo Membership last?
Once activated by the recipient, our Gift Zoo Membership packages last for a full year.
Can I buy an Under 3 Gift Zoo Membership?
All Under 3s are free to visit the Zoo. We will add them on to the membership free of charge when the gift recipient activates their voucher.
Can I buy a Gift Zoo Membership on Direct Debit?
Gift Zoo memberships are not available on Direct Debit, but we will be in touch with you before the Gift Zoo Membership expires so you can renew your Gift Membership again if you wish to.
How do I activate the voucher?
All the gift recipient needs to do is contact our Supporter Contact team on 0344 225 1826 or membership@zsl.org to activate their membership. Once the voucher has been activated by the gift recipient, they will receive a welcome pack in the post.
