Christmas Shipping - Will my order arrive in time for Christmas?
The gifting season is around the corner and we want to help ensure your Christmas gifts arrive in time for the special occasion!
So don't forget to make your orders with ample time to allow for peace of mind that you've got all your wonderful gifts prepared.

Below is our last order dates for UK - Mainland orders:

Standard delivery (Brown hare)

Wednesday 15th December

Express delivery (Cheetah)

Sunday 19th December

Click and Collect from ZSL London or Whipsnade Zoo

By 1pm, Monday 20th December


How much does delivery cost?

We charge a flat rate per address depending on the delivery method which are as follows:

Standard delivery (Brown hare)

£4.99

Express delivery (Cheetah)

£7.99

Spend £50 or over – Standard delivery

These charges only relate to mainland UK. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Our orders are shipped with Royal Mail and all are sent with a trackable service.
 

How long does delivery take?

As we keep our teams safe and ensure social distancing measures with reduced staffing, we would like to inform customers and make aware of the possible delay to dispatch to the type of delivery service chosen.
We are doing our best to achieve and fulfill all orders - we only ask for your patience and continuing support.


Delivery time depends on which delivery method you choose:

Standard delivery (Brown hare)

5-7 working days

Express delivery (Cheetah)

1-2 working days

Click and Collect

3-4 working days


Order must be placed before 1pm, we aim to dispatch the same day.

During sales and holiday periods delivery may take a little longer.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK national holidays.


We now ship abroad!


We are able to ship internationally using Royal Mail. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there is potential for disruption. Especially during peak times.
ZSL Online Shop will continue to monitor the situation and keep up to date with Royal Mail - we will keep customers informed as best we can if we foresee any delays.
