How long will it take for my Click and Collect order to arrive?

It takes about 3 working days from when you placed your order for it to arrive at your chosen zoo. This does not include weekends and UK bank holidays.

How will I know my Click and Collect order is ready to pick up?

You will receive an email notification once the order has arrived at your chosen location.

Where do I pick up my order?

At London Zoo, you can pick up your order from the main gift shop, near the exit of the zoo. At Whipsnade Zoo, you can pick up your order from the main gift shop at the visitor centre. For more details, please see the collection instructions page.

What time can I pick up my order?

Any time between 10 am and 3 pm, Monday to Sunday.

What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

Please bring a copy of your "ready for pickup" email and a form of photo ID, such as your driving licence.

How long will my order be available to collect?

Once your order is ready for collection, we will keep your order at your chosen zoo shop for two weeks only. Any orders that have not been collected within this time frame will automatically be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange a refund. Please note that items that have been personalised, such as Animal Adoptions, cannot be refunded.
